We are seeking highly qualified, dynamic candidates willing to pursue a professional career in a rewarding and fastly growing business environment as Logistics Specialist.

Responsibilities

Import- Export, Customs, Duty & Trade Compliance

• Ensures to process import and export orders, daily import and export operations and on-time delivery
• Plans and arranges logistics required shipments
• Coordination and communication with all stake holders; internal customers, customs brokers agency, forwarder, Inspection company (if needed) and 3rdP warehousing service providers.  
• Monitor timelines throughout the transport planning, shipments tracking (prevent on delays)
• Plan, execute, coordinate and optimize daily transports incl. physical handling of shipping and export documents
• Perform freight invoice verification and freight cost control
• Responsible for implementing procedures to meet local legislation and regulations
• Ensure compliance to all import and export policies

Logistics Procurement

• Responsible for provider performance and contract management
• Responsible for logistics relevant tenders; customs clearance, 3rdP warehousing, domestic and international transportation
• Negotiates and supports logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics provider assists yearly budget goals
• Responsible to follow up logistics market intelligence, benchmarks & trends

Projects & Value Creation

• Identifies enhancement opportunities and suggests solutions for improvement to top management
• Support Implementation of the defined logistics strategy by management
• Manage project portfolio related to logistics operations
• Performance monitoring of logistics operations according to the service level agreements between internal customer and logistics department

Requirements

• Master/Bachelor’s degree,
• Min 2 years of work experience in import and export operations environment. Knowledge in international trade and shipping industry and/or logistics invoices verification, export/import. Export and import trade compliance knowledge preferred,
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal English,
• Competent in Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word),
• Good level of SAP knowledge in logistics relevant transactions (i.e. transport module),
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written along with proven ability to implement change
• Must be able to prioritize and manage several ongoing issues, meet deadlines, and communicate with management,
• Additional Qualifications: Six Sigma, ISO, Team Player and Leader, Result Oriented, Project Management,
• No travel restrictions,
• Military obligation for male candidates must have completed.
