QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Requirements:
- BS or MS in Computer, Electrical and Electronics or Mathematical Engineering or related fields
- 10+ years experience on Software Development,
- 2+ years experience on Team Management,
- Excellent troubleshooting, follow-through and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills, both verbal and written,
- Experience with languages such .Net ,
- Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL,
- Experience in Continuous Deployment and Continuous Integration Cycle,
- Knowledge of Insurance Domain is nice to have.
Job Description
- Creating, developing and managing software development processes,
- Eagerness for quality and continuous improvement of processes,
- Plan and follow up the work of the team members,
- Preparing and implementing the plans of the projects,
- Suggest solutions in order to meet the requirement and to ensure that these suggestions are implemented,
- Managing integration processes within different IT development teams &IT Systems,
- Ensuring the coordination of stakeholders and dependencies,
- Ensuring that developments are traceable by using agile methods,
- Ensure to increase the efficiency of software development processes.
Preferred Candidate
More than 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
