QUALIFICATIONS 

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or relevant disciplines. 
• At least 5 years of experience in project management / program management or process management.
• Preferably having a PMP Certification • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, 
• Having a good command of both written and spoken English, 
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel,Word and Powerpoint), 
• Ability to shape business needs into system utilization, • Ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously is a must, 
• No military obligation for male candidates 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Responsible for integrity of the projects that are conducted by the top management, 
• Defining and managing dependencies between projects,
• Responsible for coordinated management of the program according to its strategic objectives and benefits, 
• Responsible from the communication and coordination between the project and the team, the follow-up of the status and top management reporting.
• Analysis and resolving of the resource constraints and/or conflicts that influences a wide range of projects 
• Determination of the strategic/organizational direction which influences the objectives of the program and project, 
• Conduct change management and problem solving in the structure of a shared governance.
