QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for an energetic and highly motivated Recruitment Associate to provide support with the recruitment needs of our clients for our rapidly expanding office in İstanbul. This role will be reporting to Team Leader.
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor degree from a reputable university
Ø At least 1 year recruitment experience preferably within international companies or recruitment agencies.
Ø Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Ø Very good level of MS Office applications
Ø Client/service oriented, organized and constant team players with strong communication skills
Ø No military service obligation for male candidates
Ø Driving licence B

İŞ TANIMI
Responsibilities:
Ø Managing recruitment projects for specialist level roles.
Ø Client management through regular calls, and visits when needed.
Ø Develop an understanding of the client's requirements, then identify potential candidates through existing contacts or by advertising roles/headhunting (executive search).
Ø Preparation of job descriptions and other recruitment documents.
Ø Advertising posts appropriately, drafting and placing advertisments using a wide range of media.
Ø Reviewing applications, managing interviews, evaluating candidates and preparing shortlists.
Ø Assess candidates' skills through telephone and face to face interviews, tests and background checks, then make recommendations to the client.
Ø Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
Ø Monitoring candidates once placed and collecting feedback from employers on the performance of candidates who have previously been placed with them.
