About This Job:

Ø  Medical manager will be reporting to the head of medical.

Ø  The candidates are expected

·       to have up-to-date medical information about the product, to follow the scientific developments in the fields of responsibility, to contribute to the expansion and development of the department archive, and to cooperate with the product promotional representatives, marketing, regulatory, market access and business development colleagues in relevant projects.

·       to manage the medical budget in an efficient way,

·       to have high team management/coordination, analytical thinking and high communication skills,

·       to be a motivated team player, agile and result oriented,

·       to have high level of problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills,

·       to have strong project management skills

Key Activities:

Ø  Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the therapy areas by reviewing the literature, discussions with Key Opinion Leaders and key stakeholders,

Ø  Plan and implement the medical objectives/tactics

Ø  Cooperate with other medical managers and MSLs within the team to fulfill department objectives

Ø  Respond medical information requests and make medical presentations upon request

Ø  Build long-term relationships with identified KOLs, to achieve medical objectives through regular and continuous external engagements; collect medical insights.

Ø  Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Ø  Provide medical trainings to internal & external partners (ie speaker briefings).

Ø  Representing the company in national and international scientific congresses

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

Ø  Strong experience in pharmaceutical industry

Ø  Solid Medical Affairs experience

Ø  Fluent in business Turkish & English

Ø  Computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office tools.

Ø  Valid driver’s licence

Ø  Presentation skills (also virtual)

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

Ø  Previous experience in academy and/or pharma industry in relevant therapeutic areas where Centurion Pharmaceuticals is operating.

Ø  Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment, industry guidelines and the role of Medical Affairs to advance the medical and scientific objectives of a pharmaceutical company.

Educations/Qualifications:

Ø  University degree in Medicine 

Additional information:

Ø  This is a permanent full-time position

Ø  The location of the company is in Maslak, Istanbul, Turkey. Candidates are expected working on site.

Ø  20-30% business travel in Turkey and abroad, including overnight travel is involved.

Ø  Male candidates who have completed their military service.
