Business Development Manager

Centurion Pharma is a leading Turkish pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the quality of life. We are focused on manufacturing sterile injectables, biosimilars, plasma products and orphan drugs in our newly established development and production facilities.

Centurion Headquarter is located in Istanbul and Centurion Manufacturing Facility with R&D is located in Ankara, Turkey.

We require a performance oriented and dynamic people with excellent qualification to join,  support and lead our Business Development Department.

Responsibilities:

To lead, support and coordinate the Business Development Department

To involve taking a charge of development and growth of the business

To engage in meaningful dialogue to determine the needs of potential partners

To make profitable partnerships with local and foreign companies and licensing in and out.

To assist in the development of written materials, proposals and contract negotiations

To work closely with other team members and coordinate activities to respond to priorities

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree (an MBA will be highly appreciated)

Preferably knowledge and project experience in Biological

Preferably at least 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical Business Development or at least 8 year experience in Pharmaceutical Business

Strong analytical skills to understand financial goals and to manage marketing strategies

Keen to travel

Excellent communication skills

Good at time management, able to handle pressure and commit to deadlines

Excellent command of both written and spoken English

Computer proficiency in MS Office Set
