JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the technical customer service and advisory relationships with customers
• Giving technical recommendations to customers based on the needs
• Training customers regarding the digital solution products 
• Managing technical support in claims handling
• Cooperation and technical interface with production companies
• Being responsible for the customer visits including preparation and follow-up (claim and complaint handling, clarification of technical issues, product, and application advisory)

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in industrial/mechanical engineering
• Excellent command in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Capability of problem solving, good communication skills, team orientated
• Knowledge about CAD programmes 
• Experience in production atmosphere is an asset
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Able to travel abroad
