For our Team in Istanbul we are currently looking for a "HR Manager".

Overview of tasks:

• Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to a motivated  team of recruiters 

• Cooperation with the management as well as other support teams 

• Developing talent and implement effective HR policies to support company business objectives 

• Constantly developing and maintaining a candidate database and collaborating with local headhunter companies

• Following up daily administrative topics and preparing HR-related reports 

• Managing HR marketing activities

• Leading on-boarding process for newcomers and act as point of contact for all HR-related topics in the location 

We are looking for:

• Completed suitable degree or comparable training

• Advanced knowledge of English

• Significant experience and ability to work independently in a complex fast paced environment 

• Minimum 2 years of prior relevant people management experience in HR as well as significant experience in recruiting 

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, highly organized with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work with KPI’s

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
