QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• At least 2 years of experience in Plastic, Glass, Ceramic raw materials  businesses as QA/QC and/or production engineer.
• Industrial engineer preferred
  
• Travels frequently in factory and checks product & factory quality levels.
• Flexible to travel domestic & internationally when required. Driving license is must.
• Be familiar with Microsoft applications
• Need at least upper intermediate level of English
• Have priority sense and good analytical skills, capable to work in detailed way.
• To have perfect planning and organization skills.
• Having experience with Plastic, Glass, Ceramic raw materials is expected from the candidates
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To follow up production process in each step. Organize inspection dates, make suppliers link with third party inspectors and book dates.
• To control flowing production and interfere when needed.
• To review quality reports on daily basis
• To perform pre-audits, technical audits as well as following-up social compliance validity and other quality standards where applicable.
• To have knowledge about test requirements, familiar with quality manuals and take decision.
• To monitor the service level of inspection companies and suppliers.
• To closely work with his commercial counterpart to support with technical solution. 
• To analyze and anticipate risks, detecting and warning related parties about safety, security tests, check production capacity.
• In addition to Quality topics, Selected candidate will have commercial responsibilities as follows;
• Coordinating Packaging processes between central packaging team and suppliers. Key responsibilities for packaging are understanding the needs, providing necessary information to suppliers,getting final packaging and labels from suppliers and having final confirmations from related business units and teams.
• To follow up and report the status of baskets and orders to its N+1. In case of delays or issues with operations, communicating with related colleagues, and supporting for a proper solution is expected.
