GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering or technical /scientific master degree

• English good ( spoken,written,understanding )

• 3 Years of project management in complex environment       ( multifunctional, multicultural, complex products

          with technical background )

• Dynamic, team player and having good communication,

        problem solving and enacting skills

• Strong achiever, team work, project management,

        basic financial knowledge, leadership

• No military obligation for male candidates

• Resident in ESKIŞEHIR

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collect all available cost reduction ideas

• Estimate saving per machine, number of impacted products,

       probability of achievement, start of production date

• Contribute to define development and

       implementation plan for each idea

• Coordinate with right priorities release plan in laboratories / lapro

• Lead and coordinate all activities for each cost reduction idea

• Help to evaluate and suggest start of production implementation

• Support different functions to get information in order to speed up projects

• Constantly update cost reduction savings

       per factory, per function,per macro projects etc

• Evaluate total forecast of savings against company target

• If target cannot be matched with available ideas,

       stimulate ideas generation with different means

      ( brainstorming, benchmarks, co-design, design for assembly etc )

        and lead accomplishment of such activities

•  Create collaborative environment with all functions

        to quickly deliver cost reduction ideas and to have

         constant ideas generation from all functions

• Be a constant pusher to make sure cost projects quickly proceed to production

• Participate to cross-functional meetings to monitor and manage cost projects

          at least each on weekly base
