Under the leadership of the Food & Beverage Manager you and the team will run an F&B operation of 2 restaurants, 2 bars, Beach & Pool operations, In- Room Dining, as well as numerous high end weddings with a brigade of 50 associates in the high season.

Your main responsibility will be to assist the Food and Beverage Manager in bringing the F&B operation to the next level of offering and creativity, creating memorable guest experiences, top and bottom line profitability. Constant review of team rosters, sales analytics, costs and guest feedback.

Creativity, Health and Safety Procedures (inc. HACCP), brand standards, will be some of your regular duties.

We are LOOKING FOR:

   -  A creative prospective Assistant F&B Manager with sense of Luxury and Conceptual F&B,

   -  A people’s manager, that assists towards building great teams and developing our future F&B leaders,

   -  Passion, knowledge and skills to direct associates in creating unique and memorable experiences for our guests,

   -  Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage trends as well as excellent knowledge of wines and cocktails.

   -  Our ideal candidate is experienced within the luxury resort sector or boutique hotel environment with a strong desire to grow and luxury wedding experience is a must,

   -  Fluent in Turkish & English languages, both written and spoken. Additional language will be considered as an advantage.

   -  Cultural awareness and ability to adapt to the local culture and market,
