Role Overview:

As a Sales Support Engineer at Burgaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales success by combining technical expertise with sales inteligence. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a bridge between the customers and the company in order to support our existing and potential customers at its best

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the global sales team to identify local customer requirements and offer solutions that meet their needs.

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, leveraging your technical insights Contributing to the increase and development of customer portfolio and sales volume,

Act as a bridge between technical teams and customers, ensuring a seamless sales process and successful implementation for new projects

Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and nurturing strong client relationships.

Improving existing customer relationships in a proactive way

Reporting to the Global Salesteam with insight knowledge of the Local Market

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline or related field

Experience in technical sales and similar customer-facing role.

Strong sales attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Profiency in English

Preferably resident in Manisa with no travel restriction
