Now seeking for qualified OPERATION COORDINATOR 

• Have a university degree in Metallurgical and Materials , Chemical Engineering or Chemist,
• Have 1-3 years international trade, import and export operations experience,
• Being a team player with highsense of responsibility,
• Strong sense of urgency and result-orientation
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure,
• High sense of ethics and responsibility,
• Good command in English,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Organizing shipments schedule with related country’s transportation team and providing import & export documents and sharing them with customs broker and related departments,
• Organizing daily custom clearance operations by communication with customs broker and tracking them in order to ensure optimum prioritization,
• Solving any possible issues during import & export between customs broker, hauliers and dispatchers,
• Following import & export regulation changes and informing related departments about these updates,
• Controlling and tracking logistics and customs related invoices, reporting and analyzing logistics costs.
