Bottling Engineer

Main Accountabilities:

• Manage the production team to produce the expected quality, quantity and at the planned time and with the lowest costs in according to production schedules and work orders, reporting to production managers
• Supporting of implementation activities about production in capex projects,  (Layouts, Functional Descriptions, Process Design, Project Schedule, etc.), works in coordination with the project department
• Controlling, reporting and monitoring of bottling budgets
• Works to increase production and reduce costs. Puts in practice the approved studies in this purpose,
• In extraordinary condition, can decide to stop or change production. However, immediately informs the Production Manager of the situation along with the reasons.
• Determine malfunctioning machines, and informs the production Manager for maintenance and renewal, together with the Project & maintenance Team.
• Provides technical direction to production team members, selects solution method to solve problems and make recommendations, Participate in necessary coordination and activities to find solutions to technical problems encountered in the plant
• Monitors and reports daily bottling activities
• As a requirement of the Bunge information flow system, it prepares / has it prepared, examines the required reports and information for the activities carried out in the units for which it is responsible, ensures timely access to relevant departments.
• Ensures use of optimum energy, take measures to reduce energy use, takes suggestions to the Production Manager in this regard.
• Food, environment - occupational safety and energy management related issues to report to the Team Leader
• Working in line with food, environmental safety and energy policy and targets, contributing to energy efficiency studies,
• Planning team development and providing training for all team members.

Education/Experience, Knowledge and Technical Competencies:

• University degree in Food, Chemical, Industry Engineering,
• Min 3-5 year experience in food or chemical industries in similar position,
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP,
• Problem solving skills, planning and organization as well as analytical thinking capability
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, 5S, Kaizen or lean production systems
• Having information regarding ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 50001, FSSC 22000 will be a plus
