QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: İstinye, Sarıyer, İstanbul

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports To: Sales and Marketing Director

Job Overview:

We are seeking a experienced and results-oriented "Sales Manager - Service" to join our team located in Sarıyer/İstanbul. We have branches all around Turkiye and the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing effective strategies, and leading a high-performing sales force to achieve targets and exceed revenue goals in the branches.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Attend sales meetings, negotiate the contracts, manage the process including pre-sales and post-sales.
  • Report the local sales activities and lead meetings in both domestic and global channels.
  • Make financial reporting and analysis of sales activities and lead forecast meetings.
  • Pay attention to audit process that consist of leading contracts and approvals
  • Implement sales enablement tools and technologies to support the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building successful sales teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good command of English both written & spoken.
  • No travel restriction.
