We are looking for an EH&S Specialist to join our team in our HQ office in İstanbul with below specificaitons; 
 

•  Bachelor's degree from Engineering Faculty (preferably Mechanical, Industrial,Electrical or Environmental Engineering),
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Engineer at field operations,
• Having knowledge or certificate in ISO 18001 ( OHSAS ) and ISO 14001,
• Preferably A Class Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry of Labor is a plus,
• Advanced level of English is required,
• Qualified in MS Office applications,
• Analytical thinking, team player, well organized, strong communication skills,
• No travel restrictions, 
• No military obligation for male candidates,

İŞ TANIMI

• Following the national and international Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) laws, standards and regulations. Implementing the new requirements or changes accordingly,
• Developing Environment, Health & Safety Environment (EH&S) Management System and implementing in all units in the field operations, factory, and head office,
• Monitoring the incidents/accidents, preparing the statistics, making investigations for the accidents, determining the causes, planning preventive/corrective action and reporting,
• Preparing risk analysis report and risk map as per current and foreseen risks conditions,
• Following the EH&S performance indicators and reporting regular monthly and quarterly internal and external report on time,
• Finding and implementing the corrective/preventive solutions within the mentality of “plan-do-check-act” cycle.
• Giving all necessary trainings about safety and environmental issues to increase employee awareness,
• Editing EH&S audits for the units and planning the action,
• Support field processes and methods,
• Prepare field method documentations in compliance with OTIS safety rules,
• Improve field efficiency by new technology,
• Investigate and improve new field tooling and equipment,
• Prepare / support necessary documents for all quality assurance activities,
• Following product & process quality issues, managing turnbacks.
