Your Responsibilities

/Technical planning of machines & tools procurement, investment planning, technical specification preperation, design approval, installation and handover phases with local/global safety and proces standarts

/ Improvement of machines and equipment in order to achieve targets for technical availability as well as set targets for production quality and productivity

/ Enhancing the workload of operators, machines, and equipment to meet technical availability targets, as well as production quality and productivity goals in collaboration with manufacturing engineers

/ Supporting BPS ( Value stream, PGL , LLD etc.) & digital transformation activities

/ Project coordination with related departments

Your Profile

/ Bsc or Msc degree in Mechanical, Industry, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field

/ Demonstrate the capability to work independently and with a structured approach

/ Having fluent English proficiency and strong communication skills

/ Mandatory proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in line manufacturing tools are advantageous

/ Knowledge in Industry 4.0, Manufacturing, SAP, and a comprehensive understanding of lean manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, Poke yoke, Jidoka, VSM, etc., is considered an asset
