Your Responsibilities

You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success in the scope of customer service. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as

/ Managing implementation of effective and efficient operational activities via leveraging digital tools and technologies in region to deliver all required projects to contribute customer service strategy
/ Contributing to the operational and financial achievements by developing processes and procedures that align with best practices in project management
/ In line with company direct-to-consumer strategy coordinating, new channel development activities for customer service
/ Monitoring direct-to-consumer development and taking actions for improvement
/ Following processes pain points and taking action working closely System and IT teams.

Your Profile 

/ University degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration

/ Fluent English knowledge is a must minimum 2-3 years similar experience

/ Project management methods knowledge customer service knowledge is asset

/ Customer and result oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working

/ Strong communication abilities to interact professionally with various departments
