Your Responsibilities

/ Maximizing market penetration according to BSHstrategy

/ Ensuring mid and long term business success by providing a competitive regional productportfolio

/ Analyzing, compiling and defining (decide) market requirements (concerning trends, consumers, competitors, distribution)

/Developing and realizing 10-year release plans by brands

/ Defining innovation fields and initiating innovation process (with cross-functional teams) 

/ Driving regional product roadmap

Your Profile

/ Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration

/ Fluent English knowledge is a must 

/ Minimum 1-2 years similar experience in white goods or fast moving consumer products

/ Customer and result oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in teamworking

/ Ability to communicate and negotiate appropriately with various positions in international and local business environment

/ No travel restriction
