Your Responsibilites

/ Driving customer service processes

/ Analyzing the service process details, consultancy and prioritization of cross-functional process improvement activities with digital solutions and platforms

/ Defining and ensuring the implementation of the projects and monitoring

/Increasing efficiency and quality of processes

/ Working for Customer Services and communicating with various departments

Your Profile

/ University degree preferably in Engineering, Informatics or Management Information Systems

/ Fluent English knowledge is a must 

/ Minimum 1-2 years similar experience in white goods or fast moving consumer products (maximum 3 years)

/ Excellent MS Office (Excel,Powerpoint) knowledge

/ Customer and result oriented,analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working
