Your Responsibilities

/ Responsible for the talent management pools and processes i.e. local and international development programs, leadership programs individual development plans and talent panels

/ Analysing development needs based on performance & feedback tools

/ Supporting Assessment Center implementations

/ Leading talent management projects and designing, planning, implementing trainings development activities and programs

/ Developing new concepts by conducting market research and following trends in training and development area

/ Organizing training programs including content, timing, training documents, venue, participants, invitations, cost, etc.

/ Conducting evaluation and reporting of effectiveness of the training program and making necessary improvements

/ Establishing and following up talent and development related KPIs

Your Profile

/ Graduated from related department (social sciences, industrial engineering, business administration etc.)

/ Min. 5 years of experience in training & development and talent management area (program design, need analysis, succession management, implementation of training & development programs)

/ Fluency in English

/ Good knowledge of MS Office applications

/ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

/ High motivation for learning and change
