Your Responsibilities

/Collect and control necessary documents before supplier audits from different departments such as purchasing, risk management etc.

/ Perform technical supplier visits in accordance to with purchasing material group strategy

/ Carry out supplier audits, report audit results and follow up measures to introduce new suppliers to BSH supplier portfolio

/ Execute audits on existing suppliers on regular basis to improve suppliers’ quality performance

/ Follow up supplier self development activities on demand, coordinate supplier enabling projects with supplier development team

/ Cross functional coordination’s between BSH factories and BSH departments and suppliers

Your Profile

/ University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other engineering,

/ Active responsibility in Production, Quality Management or Purchasing departments and min 5 years of experience

/ Experience with Quality tools and Problem Solving methods (8D, 6Sigma, Kaizen etc.)

/ Experience with ISO 9001 and  IATF 16949,

/ Ability to interface and communicate effectively with individuals from various organizational levels both internally and externally

/ Good knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP and Minitab,

/ Analytical mind and open for multinational culture

/ Excellent command of written and speaking English
