Your Responsibilities

You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatiletasks, such as;

 / Defining and applying the field strategy based on company main strategy

/ Analyzing market, consumer expectatiton and feedbacks and desing neccessary action on the field

/ Monitoring performance development and taking actions tor each targets

/ Ensuring coordination among regions to ensure harmonization of practices

/ Communicating with Customer Service departments,  Sales, Brands, Controlling, Sales Planning, Logistic and various departments

 

 Your Profile 

/ University degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration

/ Minimum 7 years similar experience in White goods customer service or customer service sector

/ Fluent English knowledge is a must

/ Excellent MS Office (Excel,Powerpoint) knowledge

/ Customer and result oriented,analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working
