Your Responsibilities

You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as

/ Coordinating customer accounting group for Project Sales, Middle Asia, Private Sales, Gaggenau, Gaggenau Consumer, Chain Store, Online Sales accounting (Posting and booking of all invoices, issuing of customer invoices and bookings, balance confirmation with customers (domestic and foreign)

/ Replying of accounting related requests from departments and customers

/ Exchanging foreign transactions (exchange rate difference and valuation) and default interest calculations

/ Driving roadmap for team to enable KPI related customer accounting activities

/ Determinating improvement potentials in accounting area

/ Preparing management reports

/ Preparing of ad-hoc reports, studies and analyses

Your Profile

/ Good command in written and spoken English

/ At least 5 years accounting experience, experience in e-invoice applications, in tax legislation and uniform accounting plan

/ Minimum 2 years team management experience

/ Strong SAP FI modüle knowledge and MS Office Excel and Powerpoint skills

/ Possess a strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/ Good process know –how in order to mine processes and initiate process improvements in accounting areas

/ Preferably hold an independent accountant and financial advisor certificate (S.M.M.M)
