QUALIFICATIONS

·         BA or  MA in  ESL/EFL/ELT , Applied Linguistics or related fields required

·         Have flawless accent and fluent English,

·         Good communicational skills,

·         Have positive attitude,

·         Has the ability to motivate, inspire and coordinate a class effectively,

·         Ability to work with Windows Office programmes  and technology equipped classes

·         Computer Literacy

·         Deep caring about students and commitment to the teaching profession and ethics

·         Professionalism at school and within the community

·         Highly self-motivate and proactive individual with a genuine passion to learn and explore new tools and techniques,

·         Between 24 and 40 years of age,

·         Are patient, lively and energetic,

·         Are capable of implementing new curriculums

·         Have strong communication skills will be employed.

·         Resident or able to resident in Gaziantep

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR EDUCATION DIRECTOR POSITION

·         HOD / Head of The Department – EDUCATION DIRECTOR

·          Manage and direct the instructional programme

·         Hiring and supervising the instructional staff

·         Testing and placing students

·         Scheduling classes

·         Providing in-service workshops for instructors

·         To work in partnership with the governing body, staff and learners generating the quality standards and values which will underpin the school

·         To continue to implement a Development Plan which will secure continuous school improvement

·         To monitor and evaluate the performance of the school and respond and report to the governing body as required.

·         To assist the sales staff with placing the learners in the correct academic programme and level

·         To hold speaking tests for the new enrollments

·         Performing other duties related to the management of the academic programme

·         Teaching as required.
