QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years brand manager experience, global brand management experience is preferable.
  • Languages; Fluency in English, +1 European language is preferable
  • Strong coordination ability and communicational skills
  • Strong analytical, decision making and capability in business analysis
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once and being a good team member
  • Positive, hardworking, accountable, result oriented with high level of energy.

Brisa Inc. manufactures and sells a wide range of consumer and commercial tyres under Lassa brand, in over 80 countries worldwide together with more than 80 international partners. There are over 1300 points of sale in Turkey and over 600 Lassa Tyres stores abroad.

 

The successful candidate will be reporting to International Marketing Manager andresponsible for;

  • Managing communication & marketing activities in Lassa export countries.
  • Managing relations with all agencies and other parties which provide service for brand communication.
  • Development of digital media strategies.
  • Tracking and keeping up to date the website and social media accounts.
  • Advertising, PR, promotion, catalog and brochure design and production.
  • Working closely in cooperation with country sales managers to reach country sales targets.
  • Setting & implementing marketing strategies by country in line with corporate strategic targets and market requirements in cooperation with country distributors.
  • Designing BTL activities and managing events (fairs, dealer meetings etc.)
  • Controlling marketing & promotional expenditure within agreed budgets.
  • Following new marketing trends and opportunities.
