• University degree in Finance, Economics and Management related areas
  
• At least 2/3 years experience in a comparable sized multinational company
  
• At least 1/2 years audit experience in Big 4 companies is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters
  
• Prepare and Coordinate month end closing activities in accordance with US GAAP and given scorecards. Ensures reconciliation with local GAAP and takes precautions to ensure timely, complete and accurate recordings.
  
• Oversee overall accounting activities by focusing on vendor incentives, inventory, business internal controls and supports financial system implementations
  
• Drive standardization & improvement of Key Business Processes focused on Accounting & Management Reporting through process simplification, automation, standardization, and control enhancements
  
• Provide extensive support to the business and provide feedback so that the business decisions are financially sound
  
• Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards to comply with Brightstar policies and SOX requirements
  
• Conduct balance sheet and account reconciliation reviews
  
• Actively engage with the business to understand financial statement performance and identify trends, take a proactive approach to align continuous improvement projects with Financial Objectives
  
• Responsible for monitoring the working capital by keeping DSO, Capex, Inventories and Liquidity indicators at optimal levels
  
• Support the Finance team by taking role into internal and financial audit data collection, preparation and SOX compliance
  
• Assist in the production of ad hoq financial queries, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required
  
• Assist with budget / forecast preparation, variance analysis and additional FP&A queries
  
• Participate to other projects as required by the business
