QUALIFICATIONS

·       Minimum 5 year in a supply chain planning and/or forecasting role 

·       Preferable experinece in Accessories purchasing management and portfolio

·       Established and maintained working relationships with external suppliers or customers

·       Knowledge of Procurement Practices including data to support Vendor Relationship Management

·       Highly competent in English verbal and written

·       Competent with MS Excel

·       Comprehensive analytical skills and demonstrable success in improving processes, preferably in supply chain operations

·       Operational Process Mapping, Analysis and Improvement Skills

·       Dynamic project team participation

·       Methodical and detailed work behaviour, can prioritise tasks and work under time pressure

JOB DESCRIBTION

·       Implement an accurate Forecasting Function based on Accessories sales targets/opportunities

·       Run on-time Demand Supply Planning Function based Accessories on sales & market dynamics

·       Participate in business development and program management activities to support growth of in country services including services costs for existing and new business opportunities

·       Support the development and implementation of the services to continuously improve Brightstar’s relationship with the clients

·       Run and validate supply chain Accesories operation reporting

·       Participate in Brightstar Turkey and regional supply chain improvement projects/meetings.

·       Responsible for running and improving master data management processes for Brightstar Turkey.  This will require collection and understanding of internal and external customer requirements and leveraging global Brightstar processes and resources

·       Raise and manage Purchase Orders to reconciliation with invoice with Brightstar’s clients and Vendors to agreed service levels and customer service requirements

·       Ensure all processes for purchasing, master data management and reporting are documented and maintained such that they adhere to and pass ISO standards.  Provide process training and support to other Brightstar staff (as appropriate) to ensure they are competent and information accuracy is maintained
