Embedded Software Engineer

We are looking for a "Embedded Software Engineer" for our company which operates in Electrical Vehicles and Railway Systems industry.

• University degree in Engineering degree, (Computer, Software, Electric/Electronics)
• Min. 1 year experience in requirement management, (Using Visure as an asset)
• Experience with defect tracking tools, (preferably Jira)
• Min. 2 years experience in Codesys as an asset,
• Knowledge on embedded platforms & embedded software development paradigms,
• Experience with embedded real-time operating systems,
• Ability to work in a distributed development environment,
• Expertise in testing and analysing tools, (Vector CANalyzer, CANoe or similar)
• Preferably have a working knowledge of control systems, I/O, PLC and bus communication such as CAN/CANOpen, Ethernet (TRDP, UDP), MVB, etc.
• Innovative, team player and highly motivated profile with strong interpersonal skills,
• Competence in software design, implementation, documentation and testing processes,
• Very good command of English, (German is an asset)
• Good communication, teamwork and stress management skills,
• Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem-solving,
• No military service obligation for male candidates,
• No travel restriction domestic and abroad,
• Living in or able to live in Ankara.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Programming of electrical control unit’s software especially for electrical buses, and railway applications by using PLC and/or C languages,
• Gathering, defining and managing a project's system requirements using tools like Visure,
• Preparing detailed documents for requirement management purposes,
• Supporting of developing the software system design,
• Analysing the security and safety risks of a system from the software point of view.
