Job Description

We as an agile team driven by Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose and leading Manufacturing IT & i4.0 solutions of the company are looking for an enthusiastic engineers to join us as a Sample Production Engineer within Technical Functions Department and volunteer to contribute to the motto of Bosch “Invented for life”. Plus at the same time you will have great opportunities to develop yourself with trainings. How does that sound?

The role is based at our Bosch Bursa Powertrains Solutions Plant.

Your valuable contribution to something big:

• Responsible for coordination and planning of sample production from providing sub-parts to delivery of the finished goods
• Leading and implementing improvement activities on site
• Serial support to solve problems during sample phase
• Coordinating with national/international partners

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Graduated from industrial engineering or mechanical engineering or having similar engineering background with related experience
• Experience in project management such as "new products sample launching” and having manufacturing experience is an asset
• Ability to use problem solving methods
• Advanced English and/or German Language skill
• Good knowledge about 8D and quality approach
• Basic knowledge about statistics, data mining and SAP
• Advanced knowledge of MS-Office
• Team oriented working
