Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Product Specialist for Workshop Management System in Automotive Aftermarket division. 

Your contribution to something big:

• Local Key user / product owner function Workshop Management System (WSMS) in Turkey
• Deeply understanding the system logic and configuration
• Managing the WSMS backend system
• Configuration of processes for workshops, maintain master data and system blueprint, manage promotions and fleet conditions in the system
• Extract, prepare and analyse data from the system, reports, analytics and provide to relevant stakeholders
• Responsible for change control boards (CCB) approved local application change requests (CRs) as product owner in development process
• Interface to local WSMS vendor organization and AA/SWS3 product owner

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Experience in automotive aftermarket workshop business
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge in data management and common sense in business controlling.
• Very good IT Key user knowledge, MS Navision preferred
• Communication skill to understand non-organized information, express in structured way in user level
• Ability to learn deeply into system's functions
• Very structured working style
• High sense of quality and responsibility of executed work
• High process orientation
• Detailed working and high sense of quality
• Like to work with IT and data
