Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a PREVENTIVE QUALITY ENGINEER (PMQ).

Your contribution to something big:

• Preventive quality activities based on product and process requirements with “zero-defect” objective
• Strong cooperation with Project Management Purchasing
• Represent Purchasing in Simultaneous Engineering (SE)-Team discussions.
• Active partner for preventive quality topics in SE-Team
• Participate in sourcing meeting
• Define, execute and release preventive quality elements of purchased parts (new projects and Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
• Define Important Charactreristic List (ICL), sampling requirements, evaluation and release of samples
• Trigger and releasesmeasuring comparison before initial sampling between Supplier and Incoming Quality
• Content review of P-FMEA and control plan
• Define and follow-up Safe Launch activities (including Run@Rate)

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• Basic background of manufacturing processes, viz., machined parts, castings, plastic etc.
• Knowledge of Preventive Quality tools, like PFMEA, MSA, ICL, VQP
• 8D methodology and Problem Solving methodology
• Awareness of Bosch Production Systems (BPS) concepts
• Knowledge about Powertrain Solutions (PS) products preferred
• Responsible for Tooling concepts and approvals
• Result oriented and a go-getter
• Strong communication, presentation and networking
• Team Player
• Willing to travel at short notice
• Fluent in English and Turkish languages, German knowledge is an asset
