Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Plastic Process Development Engineer.

The position is located in Bursa at our Powertrain Solutions Plant.

Your valuable contribution to something big:

• Support of serial production for technical and quality related topics
• Development and Implementation of process improvements to achieve challenging quality, cost and functionality targets
• Support for start of production and ramp up of new lines and new products
• Responsibility and support for R&D Projects

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• BSc/MSc Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (MSc preferably in plastic process area)
• At least 2 years experience in PLASTIC process
• Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish and English is a must, plus German is an asset
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills
• Open mindset to work in an intercultural environment as well as the willingness to travel abroad.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
