Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Design Engineer.

Your contribution to something big:

• Work out of design solution for gasoline high pressure direct injection valves in different customer projects
• Preparation of draft solutions under consideration of functional, material and manufacturing technology
• Evaluation and coordination of solutions with the respective stakeholders
• Transfer of concepts into detailed designs, creating 3D-models and drawings,
• Creating parts breakdown (Bill of Material -BoM) and technical documentation
• Processing of ECR (engineering change requests)
• Creation of component specifications for suppliers

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in 3D modeling CAD software programs (UG NX is an asset)
• Experience in automotive industry as design engineer and related processes, geometric and statistical tolerance is an asset
• Fluent English knowledge, German is an asset
• Able to travel abroad and work in international teams
• Able to work on multiple complex engineering problems independently and in a collaborative setting
