Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Controller.

The role is based at our Bosch Bursa Powertrains Solutions Plant.

Your contribution to something big:

• Preparation and presentation of overhead and product cost controlling reports

• Analysis of financials and key performance indicators

• Preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasts with variance analysis

• Participation in month-end and year-end closings

• Providing feasibility analysis in investment projects

• Calculation of product costs for serial and new products

• Participation in cross-functional improvement projects.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial/Management Engineering, Statistics, Informatics, Mathematical Engineering

• Fluency in English (German is an asset)

• Experience in similar position and/or audit experience are an asset

• Advanced level in MS Office Applications (including Access and Excel Macro)

• SAP FI/CO knowledge is an asset

• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking

• Strong coordination, communication and presentation skills

• Flexible and a good team player.
