We currently have a position for Talent Acquisition Specialist that will aid in the future growth of all teams here at Borusan Mannesmann. 

Who You Are: 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will execute recruiting strategies that strengthen organizational capabilities to ensure business leaders have the talent to successfully achieve business objectives. We are looking for a team mate who will create the right candidate pool for our company and attain the perfect talent fit of our needs with an excellent employee experience. 

What You'll Do: 

Manage end to end recruiting activities including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and interview management for all levels of positions. Utilise a diverse range of creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage the best talent including both passive and proactive sourcing channels. Manage candidates and hiring managers' expectations throughout the recruitment process Work closely and partner with HR Business Partners to develop and execute talent sourcing activities that yield consistent and strong results in line with business needs Full understanding of reporting features of recruiting systems, including requisition reports, candidate status reports Analyze and improve the recruitment process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience Create and update job descriptions Planning onboarding process for new employees Act as an “Employer Brand Ambassador” in job fairs and all other related events 

What You'll Need: 

Bachelor’s degree 3+ years’ experience on recruiting (Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred) Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques Strong sourcing skills with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook Must be an active networker and have an out-of-the-box approach to solve recruitment challenges Strong communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment No military obligation for male candidates Located in Bursa/Gemlik or able to relocate.
