QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Currently seeking for a Real Estate Sales Specialist position for our Company. The position reports to Sales Manager and is based in Bodrum.


Main Responsibilities:

  • To present current projects details to current and potential customers
  • To develop & report sales activities according to Company’s sales policies & strategies with the legal aspect
  • To conduct market research and competitor & customer analysis
  • To analyze market trends & results and provide effective strategies to increase sale activities
  • To manage project’s marketing and sales processes
  • To manage one-to-one sales activities for the customers inline with the Company’s procedures
  • To achieve organizational sales objectives through effective planning
  • To manage customer relations and ensure of CRM effectiveness
  • To prepare sales reports & periodically report to the management

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree (Urban & Regional Planning, Engineering, Business Administration, Tourism & Hotelier)
    • Minimum 5 years of Real estate company sales operations experience. (Especially in luxury, prestigious, large and mixed use projects)
    • Bodrum based candidates will be preferred
    • A proven track record of positive sales performance
    • Experienced in agency and partner company management
    • Knowledge and experience in pricing & valuation strategies
    • Preferably experienced in sales processes to foreign markets
    • Having a good command of practices and processes for sales contracts and related documents
    • Advanced fluent writing and speaking skills both in English & Turkish is a must
    • High management and training skills and experience in reporting
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a competency of decision making
    • A proven track record of positive sales performance
    • Effective use of MS Office programs
    • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems for the real estate sector is a first priority
  • Preferred Candidate

    More than 5 years of experience
    Bachelor’s(Graduate)
    Completed, Exempt
    English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
    Class B
