The Reservations Manager is a key leadership position within the Hotel that holds responsibility for controlling room rate and availability in order to maximize occupancy and revenue.In conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing, they coordinate group inventory and allocations and develop and implement policies and procedures pertaining to the revenue management of reservations function. They are responsible for the overall management of the Reservations Department and Revenue Management activities of the Resort to achieve budgeted goals; understanding and applying the principles of occupancy and rate to achieve maximum yield.

Requirements:

• Strategic, analytical, have solid business acumen, good communication skills are must
• Have five years experience in a luxury Hotel Chain as  Reservations Manager
• Strong knowledge of E- Commerce
• Understanding of all hotel management best practices,
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
• Knowledge of Electra system is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation of the brand
• BSC degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field
