Job Description :

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding.
• Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field
• University graduate with previous 2 years of experience in recruiting for tech roles preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Hands on experience with various selection processes
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player with strong problem-solving skills.
