Competence and Experience

• Engineering degree (Textile , Chemical Engineering degrees are preferable)
• At least 3 years of direct sales experience in industrial products
• Occupational safety sector experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer's industrial processes and needs and transform them into products, solutions and sales
• Experienced in presentation and presentation techniques.
• Team player
• Analytical thinker, problem-solving ability and experience
• Speaks English

Job description

• Increase penetration and market share in the region and / or customer segment given to it
• Leading the customer complaints and demands and transforming the demands into product, solution and customer satisfaction.
• Establish an effective and competent bridge between customer and new product R&D
• Realize sales and profitability goals and exceed the quarterly targets.
• Create new product ideas and solutions.
• Ensuring the effective and timely collection, compliance with the collection systematic of the company.
• Contribute to annual sales budget and long-term strategies
