1-Fluency in English is a must

2-More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing in the automotive Industry

3-Experience in Microsoft Office Programs

4-Leading quality improvement activities for suppliers to eliminate risks to improve quality performance,

5-Determining development plans for suppliers in order to support performance increase,

Job Describtions

1) Assess and qualifies new suppliers

2) Works with Purchasing to manage Commodity Strategies and Supplier Selection

3) Ensures all aspects of the supplier agreement are closed prior to the awarding of a new business

4) Ensures the supplier follows the Process "Develop & Launch" supplier development and advanced quality planning process through periodic detailed reviews with supplier program and plant management

5) Solves process and design problems with suppliers during development/pre-launch using effective problem solving techniques

6) Reportson the supplier development program status

7) Manages supplier part approval (PPAP) to completion – initially and with every engineering change

8) Establishes quality targets with suppliers; monitors their performance in comparison to these targets; coordinates supplier quality performance evaluation and workshops

9) Conducts audits (Traceability, Process or Product) in support of Benteler’s Targeted Objective

10) Works with given Problem/Focus Suppliers to improve Quality Performance and verifies the effectiveness of the actions

11) Manages “Crisis” Supplier through on-site involvement, effective communication and collaborative, method-based problem solving

12) Works with commodity buyers to identify and implement cost savings & VA/VE opportunities
