QUALIFICATIONS

·       University degree in Food or Chemical Engineering

·       At least 3 years of work experience with Food Safety Management Systems and microbiological, chemical, physical and sensorial analyzes in manufacturing companies

·       Knowledge of Turkish Food Regulations

·       Qualified at MS Office applications

·       Has experience in team management

·       Proficiency in both written and spoken English

·       The ability to prioritize and plan effectively

·       The ability to analyze complex problems and assess possible solutions

·       Good communication and problem solving skills

·       No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Monitor both process starting from raw material quality controls and EQSU of products based on Bel Group criteria

·       Monitor packaging material reception analysis as per Bel requirements

·       Work to ensure that the product meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance

·       Maintain food safety management systems

·       Collate and analyse tests, checks results and charts against defined parameters

·       Follow up implementation and effectiveness of corrective& preventive actions

·       Deliver relevant quality-related training (GMP, Pre-requisite programs, HACCP)

·       Manage the quality lab technicians team

·       Validate of artworks as per Turkish reglations and Bel requirements

·       Work closely with RD department for innovations or renovations

·       Obey and implement Bel safety requirements in quality team

·       Attend daily process follow up meetings to highlight topics which have impact on final product quality

·       Organise shift working schedule of laboratory technicians

·       Release approved products via SAP and be in contact with SC for shipment programme
