QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Food Engineering or other Engineering departments.
• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing departments.
• Strong analytical skills, creative, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in high level commercial negotiations.
• Dynamic, hard-working and team player .
• Work experience in FMCG is a plus. 
• Needs to develop good relationships with 3rd parties and suppliers.
• Needs to have good interpersonal & influencing skills. 
• Able to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills. 
• Result oriented.
• Fluent in English.
• Completed military service for male candidates.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Financial knowledge for budget follow up.
• SAP knowledge in purchasing module is a plus.
• Fluent in English. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To supply all R&P materials of the company to assure sustainability with increasing efficiency.
• To correspond all the budgeted issues during all purchases.
• To coordinate the documents, permissions of the main raw materials after receiving from group.
• To follow the new development project with R&D team.
• To investigate a new materials(RM & PM & ingredients) which are necessary for new project in the local/global market.
• To support Technical and Services team.
• Help to lower the cost and secure agreements.
• Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
• Build and develop  relationships with key suppliers and  internal customer.
• Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with users, vendors and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and  preventative action.
• Source for new raw,pack suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises.
