· Min Bachelor degree

· 3 years of experience in QMS

· Internal auditor for ISO9001 and/or ISTA and/or ESTA and/or 6 Sigma Green Belt and /or Lean Practitioner

· Fluent in English ; Turkish is a must

· Computer skills: Microsoft package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Communication: Team work orientation – Ability to lead work groups Agility – Relationships and networking

Job Description

· Ensure that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained in the site according to European guidelines.

· Support and/or coordinate site operational documentation (Procedure, work instructions, SOP, records).

· Prepare, lead and follow up local management review meeting as planned in the Management review procedure.

· Track progress of follow-up items from audit reports, Corrective/Preventive Action Requests. Organize and lead troubleshooting meetings when necessary.

· Coordinate training and/or training plans on QMS to all the Manufacturing organization in the site in the use of the Quality Management System and Standards.

· Plan, follow up and realize all processes related to Internal audits in the site and participate to cross regional audits.

· Make regular tours to check Quality and Production processes.

· Supervise administration of customer complaints in GIMS. Coordinate complaints with appropriate persons in the organization for complete and detailed investigations including action plan and give feedback via reports.

· Inform and give feedback from Europe customer satisfaction survey and related actions.

· Participate actively to the European QMS network.

· Work with site optimization leader by gathering and proposing ideas and improvements at site and across all sites and participating to improvement project pipeline management for the site

· To provide occupational health and safety, to take an active part in the activities carried out for protection of the environment and to ensure its implementation on behalf of the enterprise.

· To avoid behaviors or actions that put the health and safety of herself/himself, other employees, visitors, people and the environment into danger;

· To comply with occupational health and safety instructions and trainings, risk assessment results, emergency plans, safety and health signs and practices and ensure their implementation within the body of the enterprise.

· Follow up of ESH rules, deliver the job and daily activities of work as in line with of 5S, ISO 9001 and ESTA requirements.

· Understand the objectives of the area and maintain the expected improvement and follow-up to achieve these objectives.

· Report the risks and opportunities that detected during working

· Report all non-conformities that could have impact on customer satisfaction or process efficiency and correct them herself/himself if possible

· Maintain the all process and product checks on time, in full with the right direction and record the results.

· Leads the best practices assigned in accordance with standards (TRACC)

· Encourages and empowers people to involve Production System activities and improve the way of working,

· Demonstrates ownership and willing to involve and improve best practice activities in working area,

· Launches the best practice activities in working area and be accountable for the sustainability,

· Dedicates necessary resources (time, capital, training etc) to implement the best practice activities on time in full,

· Contacts with best practice pillar leaders and supports them to implement BP activities in working area

· Participates to the SSC meeting actively and gives update about the implementation of BP in working area
