1 to 3 years of experience in marketing

Field experience is an asset

Knowledge and passion in marketing techniques and tools

Strong leadership, outstanding communication abilities, excellent interpersonal relationship and entrepreneurial skills

Organizational, intercultural and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a global business environment

Job Description

Full responsibility on product life cycles; including pre-launch, launch and post launch activities.

Execution of segment based marketing plans,

Regular field visits to collect customer needs and prepare detailed market & competition analysis, develop relevant product sales tactics,

Reviews regulations, product specifications and requirements to appraise new product ideas and product or packaging changes,

Deployment of annual marketing excellence plans and ensure their implementation,

Full responsibility on marketing content management tasks.

Execution of event marketing tasks in line with annual marketing plan.

Leading relations with Brand / Event & PR Agencies to support related KPI’s.

Implementation of digital marketing projects. (Digital platforms, App’s and tools)

Working with digital agency to plan, implement and monitor SEO and Digital Demand Generation Performances.

Manage CRM database and full responsibility of annual marketing activation actions (eDM’s, campaigns and more…)

Design and execute segment specific marketing communication plans / tools / documents

Ensure efficiency of promotional activities and their ROI’s.
