Who you are:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
• Previous experience in customer service
• Fluency in English is a must – both verbal and written
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs – Outlook, Excel
• Previous experience in import/export/logistics will be an asset
• Great communications skills and ability to build relationships
• Adaptable, collaboration and team building skills
• Customer focus and drive to deliver high quality service

Responsibility:

• Ensuring the proper flow of products and information from order receiving till shipmentdispatch and receiving shipment
• Preparing of correspondence, reports and other documents related to customer communication.
• Proactive efforts to resolve customer complaints in accordance with Baxter's internal policies and procedures.
• Building relationship with customers
• Customer database update
• Strengthen relationship with all departments like warehouse, transportation, supply chain, quality, RA, finance, sales & marketing)
• Compliance with Baxter’s procedures. Developing knowledge of Baxter’s procedures, products and services.
• Compliance with procedures and regulations in served market
• Active search for areas for process, costs or quality improvement. Cooperation with other Baxter functions by participation in cross-functional projects/tasks to identify inefficient processes, develop and implement improvements.
