Global Complaints Handling Specialist
  
Join our Global Commercial Marketing team in Ankara, Turkey. We are looking for you as a Complaints Handling Specialist (m/f) to work closely with the Head of Global Commercial Marketing.
The role holder will be in charge of the correct entry of the data in our SAP system and provides advice to our Medentika HQ in Hügelsheim, regions, subsidiaries, distributors and the Strauman Group HQ in Basel. 
She/he assigns the complaints to the correct investigation body and with the result of the investigation, writes a detailed analysis report in English or German. 


Your Tasks
 
• Check received complaints about the completeness
• Recording Customer Complaints in the Database (SAP)
• Advisory support to the assigned countries
• Assignment and initiation of further investigation measures
• Writing of investigation reports
• Release the final reports and check the complaint documentation
• Creation of credits
• Archiving of complaints

Your Profile

• Degree in commercial training, with a technical background; preferably dental technology, technical businessman/woman.
• Knowledge/experience in quality management is an advantage.
• Because the role is global, fluency in English and German, both written and spoken is a must.
• MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is essential. 
• Technical understanding in order to produce an analysis report from the examination result.
• Ability to achieve results pragmatically in a dynamic and innovative organisation.
• Energetic, straightforward and performance-driven professional with entrepreneurial spirit and strong commercial and execution abilities
