QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering,
• Minimum 5 years experience with Project Management & Management of Change.  Project delivery experience preferred (such as Project Engineer, Site Engineer, Commissioning Engineer),
• Fluent in English and German language ability is an asset,
• Experience working with main contractors or large subcontractors.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for management of changes of the site. P&ID update, documentation, archieving and aprroval of workflow.
• Precise input of PM orders in SAP cockpit in terms of financial figures, technical quality and timing. Controlling of progress billing of contractors (temporary and permanent).
• Act as the point of contact on Project Management of the site. Safely manage assigned projects, jobs and tasks while collaboratively with all team members and staff.
• Preparing annual projects list for all operational divisions and fuctional units. CapEx planning by using evaluation of plant asset condition reliability tool with support from asset management & OD investment strategy (Asset Target Picture).
• Follow up preliminary phases of project management, P&ID technical drawings (+ isometric drawings), scope definition, feasibility , detailed engineering, project timeline management, project budget determining, technical specifications preparation, provide technical expertise to the Project team, covering civil, structural, piping , fabricated equipment and machinery,  technical design (asset & equipment selection, safety equipment selection etc.),  procurement order management, follow up SHE reviews with all steps, planing of work force (labourship- internal & external) for each project and prepare project approval form and inform finance for budget release and also be in close contact with all relavant parties for state investment support program. Finalize the projects with commissioning part and complete all planned projects in fiscal year.
• Manage technical department’s external services needs (using of external sources for corrective & preventive maintenance and agreements with business partners).
• Training of BASF employees for specific works and get certificates (professional competence certificates) such as calibrations, safety valve tests, hydrostatic tests of reactor & tanks, thickness measurements etc.
• Work to improve asset reliability through modifications, optimising maintenance routines by using risk based maintenance strategy, risk based inspection, bad actor program, root cause failure analysis, failure mode effect analysis, evaluation of plant asset condition and other reliability -based maintenance engineering principles and practices.
• Supports all EH&S policies and procedures. Ensure compliance of the assets with internal and external rules and regulations though adherence to scheduling requirements and recommends extensions as necessary.
