• Strategic partner to the CEO
• Financially and strategically guides the CEO
• Legal responsibility towards 3rd parties as per company policy

• Provides guidance to improve profitability and cash flow
• Protects and promotes the company interests towards 3rd parties and governmental authorities in compliant manner

JOB DESCRIPTION

Core Responsibilities;

• Management of departments as per the organizational chart
• Working with multi-discipline teams
• Communication and co-operation with department supervisors as well as executive management
• Managing cash flow and cash flow forecasting
• Budgeting and financial statement analysis
• Managing reporting, productivity and profitability of the company
• Participating in the establishment and amendment of company policies and procedures
• Evaluating and reporting on investment and financing options, with clear criteria
• Treasury: managing working capital (liquidity, collections and payments, short-term debts)
• Optimizing organization, production planning and services in general, including administrative and control rules where relevant
• Identification, analysis and valuation of growth alternatives through acquisitions
• Responsible for representing the company in terms of financial audits, governmental and other external inspections and audits
• IT: Designing and promoting the implementation of computerized management systems

Further Also;

• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Review and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Preparation of ad-hoc management reports
• Working with the external CPA Firm on tax strategy and compliance, in preparing annual tax documents and providing tax information for preparation of tax returns by the CPA Firm
• Acquiring financing and/or capital company requires, in compliant manner
• Relationship with banks: managing and using financial resources to achieve the company’s general objectives, optimizing performance by negotiating terms with banks and financial institutions
