QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Barilla Turkey is looking for a Shift Leader based in Bolu city. The individual will report to theProduction Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related engineering departments
- Experienced in a similar role
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Able to work by shifts
- Result oriented and dinamic with good communication skills
- Residence in Bolu or able to move to Bolu city.
İŞ TANIMI
- To ensure the fulfilment of scheduled production in shifts by coordinating daily workflow and providing the communication between the shifts in line with the production planning and company quality standards.
- To ensure for the supervision of production and packaging unit in order to ensure the fulfilment of operations in accordance with production planning and company quality standards.
- To prepare daily shift reports and monthly operations reports and ensure the distribution of the reports by cooperating with Supply Chain teams in line with company guidelines.
- To handle with the emergency situations in shifts by coordinating the related units in order to ensure the plant safety in line with company guidelines.
- To ensure efficient production runs on production lines
- To ensure the optimization of the production KPI’s ( productivity, waste, etc. ) providing all necessary information and Production Manager regarding the utilization
- To manage all employees of plant during shifts
- To prepare and follow PROMO (production monitoring) and production reports
- To organize employee training
- To prepare and follow HACCP plans production and packaging area
Preferred Candidate
More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
